Pricing FAQ
- What counts as a draft?
- One generated email (subject + body) for one contact. A 3-step sequence for 1 contact counts as 3 drafts. Regenerating a draft counts as 0.5 drafts. Failed generations don't count.
- What happens when I hit my quota?
- Generation pauses cleanly. Remaining contacts are marked "Deferred" — you can either upgrade to release them or wait for next period. We never silently overcharge.
- Annual or monthly?
- Annual saves 17–25%. Pick monthly if you're not sure — you can switch anytime from your billing dashboard.
- Refunds?
- Monthly: cancel-at-period-end, no prorated refund. Annual: prorated refund minus a 10% admin fee.
- Is Free really free forever?
- Yes. 50 drafts/month, 1 seat, copy-and-paste sending. We absorb the ~$0.50/month LLM cost as customer acquisition. No credit card.
